DELIVERY

All delivery times are subject to OnTime Print receiving a ‘print ready artwork’ from you.

Please note, there is a surcharge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please contact us to confirm the total delivery cost.

For your convenience, we can also dispatch using Timed/Saturday services, and to countries outside the UK Mainland.

Standard delivery:

We will spring into action as soon as we receive your order. Most of our products are delivered within 6-8 working days from the day you order. You will find the exact delivery date in your order summary.

Important note: We must receive your order, ‘artwork ready for printing’ and payment before 4pm on a working day so that it is ready to be dispatched the same day.

48h express delivery:

For the 48 hours express deliver, please place your order, make the payment and approve your artwork by 4.00 pm and we will dispatch your order the same working day. We will let you know when your package leaves the factory. Besides this we will also send you an email on the morning of delivery confirming a 1 hour delivery slot.
